Logistifie is a global software development company providing dispatch systems, branded mobile apps, and digital platforms for the chauffeur and transportation industry.
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, structured, and high-quality content for our software products. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical workflows into simple, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to create documentation and content that improves product adoption and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain technical content such as:
- Product documentation
- User manuals and help guides
- Knowledge base articles
- API documentation (basic level)
- Feature release notes
- Create website content and landing pages for software products
- Translate technical workflows into user-friendly instructions
- Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture
- Create SEO-friendly content for product pages and blogs
- Update and optimize existing documentation regularly
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity
- Review and proofread content before publishing
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven experience in technical or SaaS content writing
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply
- Understanding of:
- Web applications
- APIs and dashboards
- Software workflows
- Experience with SEO content writing
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Google Docs / MS Word
- CMS platforms
- Basic Markdown
- Strong research, editing, and documentation skills
