Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer with experience in B2B SaaS, software products, or technology-driven companies. The candidate should be able to simplify complex software concepts, product features, and technical workflows into clear, engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly content.

The ideal candidate will have experience writing technical blogs, SaaS product content, feature explainers, tutorials, how-to guides, and knowledge-base articles. Experience in conversational AI, voice AI, contact center AI, or AI-powered SaaS products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical blogs, SaaS product explainers, feature guides, tutorials, and how-to articles.
• Translate complex software concepts and product workflows into easy-to-understand content.
• Research B2B SaaS products, industry trends, competitors, technical topics, and audience requirements.
• Develop product guides, FAQs, knowledge-base articles, and educational content.
• Create SEO-friendly content using keyword research, search intent analysis, and content briefs.
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema markup, and content structure.
• Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and WordPress for research, optimization, and publishing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, subject-matter experts, SEO specialists, and marketing teams.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, outlining, editing, and optimization while verifying technical accuracy.
• Update existing content to improve accuracy, readability, engagement, and organic search performance.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, originality, grammar, and editorial quality.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Content Writing, SaaS Content Writing, or SEO Content Writing.
• Experience working with a B2B SaaS company, software product organization, or technology business.
• Strong writing, research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating technical blogs, product explainers, tutorials, user guides, or software documentation.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in conversational AI, voice AI, contact center AI, conversational intelligence, or customer experience (CX) platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, cloud computing, enterprise software, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with schema markup, semantic SEO, internal linking, and content gap analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Understanding of AEO, GEO, AI search visibility, and AI-assisted content workflows.
• A portfolio of published technical blogs, SaaS product content, or documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience creating technical and SEO-driven content for B2B SaaS or software product companies will be preferred. Experience in conversational AI or voice AI is an advantage but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, technical understanding, and the ability to transform complex software features into useful, accurate, and engaging content.
