Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, LinkedIn, networking and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, location, notice period and compensation.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability against the requirement.
• Share relevant and quality CVs with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and maintain regular communication.
• Manage offer discussions, candidate negotiations and joining formalities.
• Track candidates until joining and minimize offer drops and backouts.

Non-IT Recruitment

Handle hiring across multiple Non-IT functions, such as:

• Engineering & Technical
• Manufacturing
• Sales & Business Development
• Finance & Accounts
• HR & Administration
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Project & Site roles
• Operations
• Quality
• Construction / Infrastructure
• Renewable Energy / Power
• Other corporate and functional positions
