Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilitis

• Design and develop AI/ML-based solutions to address business challenges.
• Build and deploy predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and RAG frameworks.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to create intelligent automation solutions.
• Optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
• Design and implement blockchain-based applications using Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, or similar platforms.
• Develop and deploy smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent technologies.
• Build decentralized applications (DApps) and integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications.
• Ensure security, transparency, and compliance of blockchain solutions.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Technical Consulting

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare solution architecture, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
