KEY Job Responsibilities

• Accrual Management:
• Configure, maintain, and update the UKG Workforce Management system to accurately track and manage employee accruals, including vacation, sick leave, and other time-off categories.
• Ensure that the system aligns with the organization's HR policies and accurately calculates and reflects accrual balances.
• Data Maintenance and Accuracy:
• Manage and maintain employee accrual data, including leave balances, accrual rates, and policy updates.
• Regularly update and audit accrual data to ensure accuracy.

• User Support and Training:
• Provide support and training to end-users, including HR professionals, managers, and employees, with a specific focus on accrual-related processes and inquiries.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure that accrual policies within the UKG Workforce Management system comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage data security, access control, and permissions, particularly for sensitive accrual-related information.
• Reporting and Analytics (Accruals):
• Generate detailed reports and analytics on employee accrual balances, usage, and trends.
• Analyze accrual data to provide insights for strategic HR planning and cost control.
• Integration and Upgrades:
• Coordinate and implement system integrations with other enterprise systems, such as finance and timekeeping, with a specific focus on accrual-related data.
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring accrual-related features are optimized.
• Documentation (Accruals):
• Maintain accurate records of accrual policy configurations, processes, and procedures within the HCM system.
• Document changes and updates to accrual policies for reference and audit purposes.
