We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Consultant - ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries. This role demands a deep understanding of ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ServiceNow's evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

- ","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1" role="listitem">Required: Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities in at least one ServiceNow product area, such as ITSM, VA, CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, or CMDB.
