Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Work on Sales and Customer Service modules
- Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, and Workflows
- Build and automate business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands on power automate and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
Required Skills:
- 67 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Good understanding of CRM Security Model and Data Model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
