Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect – Dynamics 365 F&O to lead enterprise-scale architecture, modernization, integrations, and governance initiatives supporting a large Retail & Commerce ecosystem.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architecture
• Strong expertise in D365 F&O architecture
• Hands-on experience with Azure integrations, APIs & middleware
• Strong understanding of Retail & Commerce architecture
• Experience leading enterprise-scale D365 implementations
• Experience supporting live production D365 environments
• Strong knowledge of POS and Commerce integrations
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish enterprise D365 architecture standards
• Lead technical architecture and modernization initiatives
• Drive governance across live D365 environments
• Identify and implement optimization, scalability, and performance improvements
• Lead technical support escalations and RCA activities
• Review code quality, development practices, and deployment standards
• Conduct technical workshops and solution/design reviews
• Support technology roadmap planning and technical estimations
• Mentor engineering and development teams
