Technical Business System Analyst

Summary: The position is a bridge between Master date management team and Business stakeholder team, This position will gather requirements by analyzing master data needs across multiple systems. Be responsible for developing requirements for the design and implementation of the master data management to guide Dev team. This position also represents a team to interact with business to show team’s deliverables, gather product feedback, and involve into continue improvements etc.

Primary Job Functions: Experienced in

eliciting and documenting data terms, standards, and master data management processes , with strong

SQL skills for data analysis . Skilled at

capturing future‑state business and data requirements , defining

use cases and process flows , and creating

business process documentation, SOPs, and training inputs . Collaborates effectively with

business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to design project blueprints and guide implementation. Proactive in identifying

data sources, users, and processes , generating ideas for improvement (integrity checks, metadata, maintenance). Hands‑on in

Agile practices — writing user stories, facilitating refinement/planning/review meetings, and presenting deliverables to stakeholders. Recognized for bridging

process and data domains to ensure scalable, well‑documented solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Required

Experience:

• At least 7+ years of experience with Manufacturing/wholesales projects, and 3+ years of data analytics or Sr business analyst role.
• Strong business sense, good communication skill.
• Hands on SQL skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of data, data flows and how data supports various business processes in manufacturing or wholesales environments.
• Research and document to provide data insight by using SQL, Excel, Power BI data analytical tools etc.
• Be able to use Microsoft Visio, Word or PPT as to document business requirements, process flow.
• Be able to identify data issues impacting the customers or business processes.
• Clearly capture business objectives, write stories/tasks to translate to team’s backlogs.
• Experienced BSA or Product owner role in agile team.
