Position Overview The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions across enterprise and AI-driven platforms. The role requires strong exposure to technical systems, APIs, data, agile delivery models, and stakeholder collaboration to define requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and support successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities Business Requirement Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from conception to delivery. Technical Analysis & Solution Support
• Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support delivery.
• Analyze system integrations, APIs, and data flows to support solution design.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications. Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize product and project backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Support sprint tracking, backlog refinement, and delivery alignment. Testing & Validation Support
• Support testing by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and assisting in UAT.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with approved business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to improve requirement quality and test coverage. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Strong business analysis and technical analysis skills
• Ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and SQL
• Experience using Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for requirement quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Product Owner, or technical documentation certifications preferred.

Experience

• 6–8 years of overall experience in business analysis within technology or software delivery environments.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience working closely with engineering teams on technical systems.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience understanding REST APIs, integration flows, and system interfaces.
