Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Exp: 6 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical research teams to gather and document requirements for clinical trial applications and systems.
• Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for clinical trial initiatives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to clinical trials and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the clinical trial or healthcare domain.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including study design, regulatory requirements, and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in clinical trials and data analysis. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
