Technical Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Technology Operations Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with project portfolio management, PMO processes, or technology governance practices.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar work management platforms.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
