Technical Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced

Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative, supporting the Tech Workstream and product team on a major public-sector platform.

What You'll Do

• Support assigned product teams in requirements analysis, research, user stories, and testing
• Ensure customer requirements are documented, tracked, and satisfied across the product lifecycle
• Participate in cutover activities for assigned product teams

What We're Looking

• Experience with SaaS/COTS solution implementations
• Skilled at translating high-level solution designs into actionable functional requirements for developers
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Strong system analysis experience across complex requirements and multiple integrations
• Prior exposure to .NET and/or mainframe systems
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proactive self-starter who communicates status and progress clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across IT, project, and business SME teams
• Ability to facilitate meetings across both technical and business audiences
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Word
• Experience adopting enterprise solutions where the platform was chosen for you
