Technical Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze complex data sets using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform project decisions.
• Develop detailed documentation of project progress, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies as a Product Owner or Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
