About this role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and implement changes using Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Develop technical documentation for software applications, including API specifications and user manuals.
- Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of projects by providing guidance on system design, architecture, and testing.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track progress and prioritize tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) from a reputed institution.
- Strong understanding of SQL programming language and ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working with APIs, developing technical documentation, and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
