Domain Preference: HealthTech / Healthcare IT / Regulated Digital Products Role Overview As a Technical Business Analyst at SEWB Global Care, you will play a key role in translating business, operational, and product requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical solutions. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and convert them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, technical documentation, and acceptance criteria. The role requires a strong combination of business analysis capabilities and technical understanding across SQL, APIs, system integrations, data flows, Object-Oriented Design, Agile delivery, and software development processes. Candidates with previous experience in HealthTech, Healthcare IT, EMR/EHR systems, patient platforms, diagnostics, insurance technology, interoperability, healthcare data privacy, or other regulated digital products will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for digital products, platform enhancements, integrations, and system changes.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, wireframe notes, process maps, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, gap analysis, process analysis, and solution discussions.
- Support API, data, and system integration initiatives by documenting workflows, field mappings, dependencies, business rules, validation requirements, and system interactions.
- Use SQL and data analysis techniques to validate datasets, investigate issues, support reporting requirements, and verify system outputs.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with QA and business teams to support SIT and UAT planning, test scenario development, defect triage, requirement traceability, release readiness, and post-release validation.
- Analyse existing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, simplification, and improved user experiences.
- Understand healthcare-related clinical, operational, and patient workflows and translate them into scalable system requirements and process improvements.
- Analyse end-to-end healthcare workflows, including patient registration, OPD/IPD management, laboratory systems, billing, and pharmacy systems.
- Ensure proposed solutions and technical documentation consider healthcare data privacy, interoperability, security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Support requirements related to healthcare compliance standards and ecosystems, including HIPAA-aligned practices and ABDM where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the product development lifecycle. Required Experience The successful candidate should have:
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder interviews, requirement analysis, gap analysis, and business process modelling.
- Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and business teams.
- Practical experience supporting digital platforms, software applications, system integrations, or data-driven technology products.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with the complete Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with HealthTech, Healthcare IT, digital health, or other regulated technology products is highly desirable. Required Technical & Business Analysis Skills

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant globally recognised certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product, or Project Delivery will be an advantage. Preferred certifications may include:
