Senior Technical Business Analyst - GenAI

Location: Bangalore

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on enterprise-scale applications
• Strong understanding of N-tier application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycle (UI services integrations data)
• Deep knowledge of application internals, including backend services, middleware, APIs, databases, and batch processing
• Ability to analyze and document technical architecture, sequence flows, integration specs, and AI solution designs
• Strong experience in capturing, analyzing, and translating requirements into implementable specifications for mission-critical, high-availability applications
• Hands-on understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, synchronous vs asynchronous workflows, and message queues
• Strong exposure to GenAI and Machine Learning system architecture, including model inference and enterprise integration
• Clear understanding of vectorization, embeddings, and vector databases for unstructured data retrieval
• Knowledge of chunking strategies (fixed, semantic, overlapping) and their impact on retrieval accuracy and performance
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and end-to-end workflow
