Technical Author

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator to support IT services and consulting projects.
• Develop user manuals, guides, and other documentation materials for software applications used by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create accurate illustrations that meet client needs.
• Ensure all illustrations are visually appealing, easy to understand, and compliant with company standards.

Job Requirements :

• 0.5-3 years of experience in technical illustration or a related field (e.g., graphic design).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required; knowledge of other creative tools such as Photoshop or InDesign is an asset.
• Strong understanding of IT services and consulting industry trends and terminology.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
