About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Associate to join our team at Lakshmi Machine Works Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
