Position Title: Executive or Technical Assistant - Strategic sourcing- Corporate Purchase

Location: Chh.Sambhajinagar

Qualification:

Mandatory 1. B.E Mech/ME/M. Tech & Supply chain specialization from: - COEP/Walchand Collage/Karad Collage Kolhapur & Narsee Monjee Mumbai.

ME: - Bits Pilani/VJTI & COEP Pune

Experience:

Number of Years 02 – 06 years’ relevant experience

Function – Strategic Sourcing

Age group- 25 to 30 years

Gender: Male

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• High proficiency in system knowledge for SAP-MM, Auto CAD, PLM, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
• Strong knowledge about auto components products for 2WH, 3WH & 4WH.
• Strong knowledge about commodities like- Machined, Sheet Metal, GDC casting aluminum casting, spring, forging and Brake parts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a cost-conscious mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

• Assist the President in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement-related decision-making.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, including value analysis/value engineering (VAVE), rate renegotiation, and yield improvement projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and supplier teams to drive design improvements and achieve cost efficiency.
• Conduct analysis of procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance to support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate review meetings, prepare presentations, MIS reports, and track progress of key initiatives.
• Drive strategic projects assigned by the President, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information, business strategies, and negotiations.
• Act as an effective communication link between the President and the broader organization.

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: SAP HANA, MS Office, PLM
