Technical Assistant Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and joining.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Understanding of software development technologies and IT roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience hiring for Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, or Support roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
