About this role
Technical assessment
For existing systems, a genuine review of architecture, database, integrations and deployment. For new systems, a solution design and a realistic plan.
03

A staged plan with clear priorities, so the first valuable thing ships early instead of everything arriving at the end.
04
Build in increments
Regular, reviewable delivery. You see progress continuously and can change direction without losing the work already done.
