Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Technical Architect with strong expertise in .NET, C#, SQL Server, modern front-end technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise application architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions that align with clients business objectives. This position requires someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership, delivery ownership, and client-facing capabilities.

The Technical Architect will actively participate in client calls, understand and clarify business and technical requirements, present solution approaches, address technical concerns, and build client confidence through structured thinking, ownership, and transparent communication.

This individual will also lead and mentor engineering teams, establish development standards, guide technical execution, identify risks, and ensure that solutions are delivered within the agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing or technically leading cross-functional engineering teams.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS, including application hosting, storage, monitoring, identity, security, and integration services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and enterprise SDLC practices.
• Strong effort-estimation, planning, risk-management, and technical decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and business stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing presence with the confidence to lead technical conversations, handle challenging questions, and establish credibility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining technical quality and delivery commitments.
