Role: Technical Architect

Location: Mumbai

Must-Have**

1. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like OpenAI, TensorFlow, Pytorch ..etc

2. Proficiency with large-scale AI integration in business workflows. - RESTful APIs, Webhooks handling

3. Experience in building and deploying GenAI solutions using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

4. Multi-Cloud Hybrid Architecture: Proven experience managing solutions across cloud ecosystems

5. Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), diffusion models, and transformer architectures.

6. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.

7. Genesys CTI

Good-to-Have

• AI ML related certifications

• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI

• Prompt Engineering & Tuning

• Data preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation

• MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow

• Problem-solving attitude with a forward-thinking approach.
