Technical Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop innovative storage solutions using HDD and SDD technologies.
• Lead the development team in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex algorithms and data structures for efficient storage system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements :

• Extensive hands-on software/firmware development experience in the storage domain.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, including data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in creating industry-standard software requirement specifications and software design documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of system architecture and experience in designing complex algorithms.
