Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Technology Leadership: Serve as a recognized authority across one or more technology and business domains.
- Define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead technology transformation initiatives and drive innovation across the organization.
- Act as the highest level of technical advisor for complex business and technology challenges.
- Architecture and Solution Governance: Provide oversight and governance for enterprise scale architecture and solution designs.
- Review and approve strategic solution architectures, high level designs and low level designs for complex engagements.
- Lead technical due diligence, risk assessments, and technology evaluations.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate deep expertise in one or more of the following domains: Cloud Computing and X as a Service; Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and AIOps; DevOps and Platform Engineering; Cybersecurity; Network and Infrastructure Services; Workplace Services; Virtualization; IoT and Edge Computing; Blockchain; Data, Analytics and Big Data Platforms; Extended Reality VR AR MR; ITSM Platforms and Enterprise Tools; Business and Operational Process Transformation.
- Practice and Capability Development: Build and mature organizational capabilities within assigned domain areas; Develop intellectual property, solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets; Drive innovation programs and evaluate emerging technologies; Represent the organization in industry forums, technology communities, and customer engagements.
- Business and Consulting Leadership: Partner with business leaders to develop technology enabled business strategies; Influence large scale technology investments and digital transformation decisions; Support business development activities, client pursuits, solution positioning, and executive level presentations; Contribute to business case creation, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and technology investment decisions.
- Mentorship and Talent Development: Mentor Distinguished Consulting Experts, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Practice Leads; Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation; Guide succession planning and capability building initiatives; Create and lead knowledge sharing programs across the organization.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Influence senior executives, business leaders, customers, and partners; Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams up to VP, SVP, and C level stakeholders; Facilitate alignment between business strategy and technology execution; Build strategic partnerships internally and externally.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in enterprise technology consulting, architecture, engineering, or transformation leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and governing large scale technology solutions.
- Proven track record of driving innovation, practice development, and business transformation.
- Experience influencing executive level stakeholders and strategic decision making.
- Expert level knowledge in one or more strategic technology domains.
