Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect – Java with strong expertise in Banking and Payments, capable of driving solution architecture, application modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise-scale system design. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and high-volume transaction processing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient systems.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and development governance.
• Drive modernization initiatives from monolithic platforms to cloud-native microservices.
• Design and implement API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.
• Establish coding standards, design best practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Perform capacity planning, scalability assessments, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Support production issue resolution, RCA analysis, and continuous improvements.
