About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Banking Payment Systems and Enterprise Reconciliation Applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in payment transaction processing, reconciliation operations, production support, testing, and Oracle SQL. This role will be responsible for managing reconciliation platforms, resolving production issues, coordinating with business and vendor stakeholders, and ensuring seamless reconciliation across multiple payment channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Enterprise Reconciliation Applications.
- Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks, transaction exceptions, and settlement discrepancies.
- Provide production support and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using Oracle SQL.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Infrastructure, Vendor, and Support teams.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Support release management, deployments, and change implementation.
- Conduct RCA for production incidents and reconciliation issues.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for reconciliation and operational tracking.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
