Technical Agronomy & BDM

Key Competencies Required

• Technical knowledge of crop nutrition, speciality nutrients and agricultural product applications.
• Field trial design, agronomy evaluation and interpretation of field data.
• Technical communication, presentation development and training delivery.
• Farmer engagement, field demonstration and market development skills.
• Project planning, monitoring and execution.
• Stakeholder management and coordination with internal teams, vendors, KVKs and FPOs.
• Data analysis, reporting and preparation of actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and digital farmer engagement platforms.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in agrochemical sales or technical roles within the agriculture industry.
• Strong understanding of agronomy principles and practices related to farming operations.
• Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through effective relationship-building skills.
