Techincal Services Manager For a Chemical Company

Role & responsibilities

• Review the plant operating, in-process data, downtime, effluent generation, utiltiy
• In coordination with R&D, Plan of Experiments for improvement project
• Organise studies to check the material compatibility, effluent minimization, solvent recovery, etc.
• Map process in plant in proper equipments, agitation patterns for improvement project
• Prepare proposals for conducting trial and validation batches in R&D for any improvement or route cause study
• Arrange and conduct Process HAZOP and Risk Assessment.
• Train Process Engineers for the data analysis and continual improvement.
• Providing commissioning assistance and performance trials Prepare SOPs, troubleshooting, emergency start-up/shutdown procedures and Batch Manufacturing manual

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree (Chemical) / M.E./M.Tech/Ph.D. Chemical Engineering
• 12-18 years of experience in Chemical Industry preferred.
