    Job Purpose
    VoIP Engineer (Asterisk, Kamailio) - 5-7 Years Experience

    Duties and Responsibilities
    A-.
  1. Minimum required Accountabilities for this role

  2. VoIP Infrastructure Design & Maintenance:
    o.
  3. Configure, deploy, and maintain FreeSWITCH and Kamailio-based systems.

  5. Understanding of VoIP architectures to support business needs.

  7. Implement call routing, DID management, and trunk configurations.
  8. SIP & Call Routing:
    o.
  9. Develop and manage SIP-based call routing for internal and external communication.

  11. Troubleshoot SIP signaling issues using tools like Wireshark or sngrep.

  13. Optimize routing rules for least-cost routing (LCR) and high availability.
  14. Monitoring & Performance Optimization:

  15. Monitor VoIP systems for performance, security, and uptime.

  17. Conduct capacity planning and optimize system resources.

  19. Implement call quality monitoring tools (e.

  46. Automate repetitive tasks and processes through scripting.

  48. Understanding of WebRTC solutions for real-time communication.
