Tech Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tech Sales Manager who can drive end-to-end sales of DevBytes technology solutions. This role requires a strong mix of business understanding and technical aptitude to engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.

- Sell DevBytes tech solutions to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals.

- Deliver product demos and presentations to decision-makers.

- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

- Work closely with product and tech teams to align solutions with client needs.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.

- Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales.

- Basic understanding of technology solutions (SaaS, platforms, APIs, etc.).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

- Experience in selling SaaS products or digital platforms.

- Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

- Understanding of integrations, workflows, or automation tools.
