The Impact You'll Make

As a Voice Process Associate, youll be the voice of some of the worlds most respected brands. Whether youre helping a UK customer resolve a billing query or guiding a US client through a technical issue, youll be creating moments that matter — turning challenges into solutions and customers into loyal advocates.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US or UK customers with professionalism and empathy.

• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve processes and customer satisfaction scores.
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards.

What We Will Bring

• Freshers: Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced: 6 months+ in international voice process preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (US/UK time zones).
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Both Ways Cab
• Yerwada location

Compensation

• Freshers: Up to 3.5 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 6.5 LPA (based on skills and experience)
