Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and understand their requirements

- identify sales and upselling opprotunities based on customer needs

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

LOCATION: Mumbai ( Malad & Goregaon )

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Candidates with 6 months of international experience are also welcome

Selection Process:

- HR Interview

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment

- Ops Interview

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
