Job Description - MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Work Mode: 5 Days Working (Both-Way Cab Facility Provided)
Shift: Flexible Rotational Shifts (24x7 Environment)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive/Analyst with strong expertise in reporting, data analysis, and advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center/BPO environment and be capable of delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports.
• Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.
• Meet client requirements within defined TATs while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Handle large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
• Monitor operational performance and provide analytical support to management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting requirements.
• Support departmental objectives through effective reporting and process improvements.
• Adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/Reporting & Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience BPO environment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Reporting/MIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of operational processes, reporting methodologies, and data analysis.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
