Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain features across the entire E2E platform stack (frontend, backend, APIs).
• Develop new functionality and enhance existing systems based on evolving requirements.
• Work on diverse projects ranging from platform development to internal tools and proofs-of-concept.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and deployment.
• Collaborate independently with team members while driving projects forward autonomously.
• Adapt quickly to different technologies and frameworks as business needs evolve.
• Take ownership of features from conception to deployment.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Solid backend development skills, preferably with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record of building and shipping products end-to-end.
• Experience using AI development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc. ) for enhanced productivity.
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and bias toward action.
• Strong collaboration skills while maintaining the ability to work independently.
