Tech Lead - Python

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Python to join our dynamic team at Tetrasoft. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality software solutions that meet our clients needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software applications using Python. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Python. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with front end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Python development. Relevant certifications in software development or related technologies are a plus.
