Tech Lead - PowerBI

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI and Tableau Specialist to lead data visualization and analytics initiatives. The candidate will design interactive dashboards, transform complex data into actionable insights, and support data-driven business decisions. Knowledge of Snowflake is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop data models and optimize dashboard performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish reporting best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with Power BI DAX, Power Query, and Tableau calculations.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience leading analytics projects and mentoring team members.
