Tech Lead - FullStack (React+ROR)

Job Purpose: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications while driving engineering excellence through modern software development practices and AI-powered engineering workflows. This role is responsible for building robust backend services, intuitive frontend experiences, improving developer productivity through automation, ensuring application reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth product environment.
• Strong expertise in frontend development using

React, JavaScript, and TypeScript .

• Hands-on experience with backend development using

Ruby on Rails (preferred), Python/Django, Node.js, Go, or Elixir .

• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, clean coding principles, testing, and code review best practices.
• Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as

GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar .

• Experience improving engineering productivity through automation, tooling, and developer experience initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as

Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, or equivalent .

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and container technologies including

AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform .

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
