Tech Lead Full Stack

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned modules using .NET, React, Python, and Azure PaaS.

• Collaborate with Architects to translate high-level designs into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.

• Own code quality, performance optimization, and technical delivery for the team.

• Contribute hands-on to backend and frontend development.

• Implement scalable and secure Azure cloud components aligned with defined architecture.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.

• Participate in design discussions and provide technical inputs for solution improvements.

• Guide and mentor developers within the team, promoting best practices, clean code, and security standards.

• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 68 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in

a technical lead or senior developer role.

• Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js, and Python.

• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience implementing Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Data Factory, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and common architecture patterns (microservices, layered, event-driven). • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide a development team through technical challenges.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with onshore teams to deliver high-quality products.
