Responsibilities

• Youll lead the development team and drive the backend and frontend architecture.

• Youll validate ideas and provide feedback to business stakeholders on timelines and feasibility.

• Youll design and develop robust services in coordination with frontend developers.
• Youll ensure the production development of high-quality and well-tested code.
• Youll lead developers in the design, development, deployment, and operation of services across the technology stack.
• Youll coordinate technical projects across multiple teams.
• Youll participate in the continuous integration of automated builds and deployments.
• Youll lead the resolution of complex software development challenges and architect effective solutions.
• Youll provide tailored coaching to different working styles, empowering high performers, motivating high-potential employees, and supporting low performers.
• Youll set goals, provide feedback, and coach team members to support their growth and success.
• Youll empower team members by setting goals, providing resources, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Youll provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve team satisfaction.

And what are we looking for

• Youll bring 10+ years of software development experience delivering solutions using .NET technologies, with exposure to or experience in React considered an advantage.
• Youll leverage a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or a related field to support technical leadership and decision-making.
• Youll demonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Youll embody strong values and a passion for building and sustaining a positive team culture.
• Youll mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Youll collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Youll communicate exceptionally well in both written and verbal formats across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Youll apply strong expertise in designing scalable and resilient software architectures.
• Youll utilize proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting solutions on AWS.
• Youll maintain a customer-focused and results-oriented approach while demonstrating strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
