Contract Period: 06 Months

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Banking IT, Fintech, Digital Banking, or Cooperative Banking IT Systems.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives, CBS platforms, IT systems management, cyber security, and digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bank in digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
• Review existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Assist in implementation of digital banking products and services.
• Monitor technology-related risks and suggest mitigation measures.
• Provide technical support for strengthening MIS, data analytics, and reporting systems.

1. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing is essential.
3. Knowledge of banking regulations, cooperative banking environment, and financial sector reforms will be desirable.
4. The selected candidates will be required to work at Patna NABCONS or any other place decided by Patna NABCONS.
5. The engagement will be purely contractual in nature and shall not confer any right for regular employment in NABCONS or the client organization.

The selection process will comprise:
