Project Role Description :Drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Sought out as experts, enhance Accentures marketplace reputation. Bring emerging ideas to life by shaping Accenture and client strategy. Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture''s reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a deep understanding of business acumen, allowing you to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and contribute to impactful delivery engagements.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong understanding of business process integration and change management.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
