You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).- Strong understanding of business process architecture and integration.- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
