• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve delivery outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle management and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
