• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of compensation management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
