Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.

Experience with system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
