Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with data visualization tools to present findings effectively.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
