Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

Strong knowledge of time management processes within human capital management systems.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
