Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and addressing complex challenges.
Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Strong understanding of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules to meet diverse business requirements.

Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.

Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
